This app provides automated service reports for the registered instrument service specific for Labsolutions Instruments & Consultancy and customer companies.There are 4 types of usersAdmin : Creates, update customers, engineers, instruments and tracks all the call details from registration to resolution.
Ability to download weekly and monthly reports.Workadmin : Assign registered call to engineers and tracks all the call details from registration to resolutionCustomer : Registers call by selecting service type for an instrument and tracks all the call details specific to customer from registration to resolutionEngineer: Performs various actions for the call registered and tracks all the call details specific to engineer from registration to resolution.Once Engineer resolves the call service report will be sent to a customer via email.
